We want you to feel fully confident and supported shopping with Close the Deal. That’s why we follow all relevant UK consumer rights laws to the T, and aim to make the returns process as clear and fair as possible.
Return Procedure
If your item arrives faulty and can’t be repaired, you’re entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.
Our products are covered by the Act, which ensures that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If the issue is minor, we’ll aim to repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe. If the problem is more serious and can’t be fixed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
As our pergolas and other items are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or does not meet the expected standards of quality.
If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution based on the issue - this may be a refund, replacement, or repair.
Returned goods must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In re-saleable condition
Please note: we can’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- The product has been used, modified (e.g. painted or drilled), or assembled/installed incorrectly
- It has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental impact
- The original packaging has been discarded and the item is no longer in resaleable condition
- It has been used more than necessary to inspect or assess it
You must inform us of any defects and contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by 0741 835 8230 or email ku.oc.laedehtesolc@troppus to begin the return process.
Return CostsCustomers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Return ProcessIf the item is confirmed as faulty and can’t be repaired, it must simply be returned to us for inspection. Our handy customer service team will help you generate a return label and provide the correct return address.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, and if your return is approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
